They often use euphemisms to cloak their intentions, such as referring to their goals as â€Å"ethnic cleansing,† â€Å"purification,† or â€Å"counter-terrorism†¦Ã¢â‚¬  indoctrinate the populace with fear of the victim group. Leaders often claim that â€Å"if we don’t kill them, they will kill us.† One example of this is seen in the poster shown at the right. It depicts a Jewish man hiding behind the Allied forces of Great Britain, The United States, and Soviet Russian. There are various indications that are shown that depict the man specifically as Jewish. One is the clear Star of David hanging from his jacket. This fits in with the final solution planned at the Wannsee Conference on January 20, 1942. In an article written by the USHMM titled, â€Å"Wannsee Conference and the ‘Final Solution,’† it discusses what transpired at the conference itself, stating, The Wannsee Conference, a meeting between the SS (the elite guard of the Nazi state) and German government agencies, opens in Berlin. They discuss and coordinate the implementation of the Final Solution, which is already under way. At Wannsee, the SS estimates that the Final Solution will involve 11 million European Jews, including those from non-occupied countries such as Ireland, Sweden, Turkey, and Great Britain. Between the fall of 1941 and the fall of 1944, the German railways transport millions of people to their deaths in killing centers in occupied Poland. This fits into the previous stage where the term â€Å"Final Solution† was being coined. With its formation in stage seven, it can now be implemented and taken action towards stage eight. As such, the Nazi created a detailed plan of what the â€Å"Final Solution† would include. Such as the number of Jews eliminated, the areas they would be eradicated form, and a rough timeline of when all of this was to be accomplished by, as seen in the above paragraph.
